Today, Sunday 16th October, is UN World Food Day. It is also this year’s Blog Action Day, which means that bloggers around the world will participate in a global conversation about one particular theme – and fittingly enough today’s theme is Food.
Rights NI have decided to participate in this global day of literary action to highlight a number of rights issues connected to the theme of food.
Today’s up-coming blog posts:
The right to food under international human rights law (Liam Thornton);
Food Multinationals and the Rights of Producers (Lynda Sullivan);
Environmental Rights and Food production (Declan Allison, Friends of the Earth);
Settlement Goods from the West Bank (Mairead Collins);
We hope you’ll join the conversation.
